2 WEEKS!!!!!!!

I have been working on my program for officially two weeks this morning!!
yes!  I am doing it and today I actually forgot I was running :)  I looked down and my interval was only seconds away from being completed!

  2. That is awesome!! About the treadmill at 2.5 incline at 3.1, I heard that an incline of 1 is what to do if when you run ooutside on flat ground. Definitely get some good running shoes, it will make all the difference in the world, but don't get sticker shock. Saucony and aasics are good for women. The Saucony's have a nice wide toe and narrow heal, just what a women's foot is like. Keep going!!! You should keep a map of your distances, like how long will it take you to run to Chicago?
